چکیده

 Syftet med artikeln är att undersöka representationer av latinopojkar i ameri- kanska romaner, författade amerikanska latinos. Särskild fokus läggs på hur gränserna för de maskuliniteter som idealiseras utmanas och pojkskap således skevas. Materialet består två romanerna Chulito Aristotle and Dante dis- cover the secrets of universe, båda latinos protagonister. Med utgångspunkt bland annat Sara Ahmeds queera fenomenologi studerar jag olika livslinjer reproduceras eller bryts, gränsdragningar mellan kategorier störs skevas mellanpositioner (inbetweenness) skapar skeva subjekt.
